Everything on this site is provided for information. Specifications come from the manufacturers and may change without notice. Photographs may show options that are not standard. Price ranges are for the tub itself and exclude delivery, the base and electrical work, which are quoted per site.

The footprint check, the size guide and the water care tool are guides, not a survey or a diagnosis. Confirm measurements and readings before acting on them.

Orders and deposits

An order is confirmed when we have a signed order and the deposit. The balance is due before delivery unless your order says otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates: they depend on the manufacturer, the season and the site, and we will keep you informed.

Site, delivery and installation

You are responsible for making sure the tub can reach its spot and that the base and electrical are ready. We will tell you what is needed. If access, the base or the electrical are not as described and the delivery cannot be completed, a second delivery may be charged.

Electrical work must be done by a licensed electrician to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. We can recommend one.

Warranty

Every product we sell carries its manufacturer's warranty, and we will help you make a claim. The warranty covers the product; it does not cover damage from improper water chemistry, freezing, or use outside the owner's manual.

Returns and cancellations

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
