Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, installation costs, and optional upgrades may be added to the final purchase total.

Orders may require a deposit or down payment before processing. Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the customer sales agreement. As stated in our agreement, payments and deposits made toward confirmed orders may be non-refundable.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access and installation preparation before scheduled delivery dates. Delivery paths must be clear, level, and accessible for safe transportation and placement of the spa.

Customers are also responsible for arranging any required electrical work, crane services, concrete pads, permits, or additional site preparation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Installation & Electrical Requirements

All electrical installations must comply with local building and safety regulations. Customers should consult licensed professionals when preparing electrical connections or installation surfaces for their hot tub or swim spa.

Warranty Information

Products sold by Muskoka Hot Tub LTD may include manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms, coverage periods, limitations, and exclusions are determined by the manufacturer and may vary by product model.

Warranty service may require accessible space around the spa for inspection and repair appointments. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, freezing, chemical imbalance, or unauthorized modifications may void warranty coverage.
